Annual General Meeting,
Agenda will be emailed to members who have provided an email address.
Any proposals from the membership must be seconded and submitted in writing to the Secretary at least 28 days before the published date of the meeting (deadline Wednesday 28th October).
Nominations for Committee posts must be made in writing to the Chairman at least 2 weeks before the date of an AGM and must carry a proposer and a seconder.(deadline Wednesday 11th November).
